2008 BIO International Convention June 17 –20, 2008 ¦ Attendees were happy to see the Interactive Tradeshow Wayfinder, assisting them in locating their companies of interest out of the 2200 exhibitors present. Many attendees expressed their appreciation for the GO Green initiatives provided on the tradeshow floor by the Interactive Tradeshow Wayfinder.

Prism Technologies and BIO came together this year to provide attendees with an easy, environmentally conscious solution to find their way around the tradeshow floor. Five Interactive Tradeshow Wayfinders were strategically located around the tradeshow floor. Attendees expressed appreciation of being able to quickly find exhibitors on the tradeshow floor and locating conferences and events. The Tradeshow Wayfinder offers several sponsorship and marketing for exhibitors. Our most popular opportunity is Request for Information (GO Green!) which allows for attendees to obtain exhibitor information by e-mail. Attendees scan their badges at the Interactive Wayfinder or type in their e-mail address and the documents are sent instantly to their e-mail.

Georgia Government Purchasing Conference and Products Expo March 26, 2008 ¦ The Georgia Government Purchasing Conference and Products Expo was excited to have Prism Technologies back at their show with the Interactive WayFinder. Attendees were thrilled with the environmentally conscious product and its new features.

Prism Technologies was contracted to come back with the WayFinders after the impression that was left last year by their Interactive Technology. Attendees were able to plan out their day by using the Interactive WayFinder. Attendees loved the capabilities of the Interactive WayFinder. The attendee could ask for information about another company to be sent to them, and with in seconds it would go to their pda or e-mail account. Exhibitors enjoyed the sponsorship opportunities of the Interactive WayFinder and experienced higher traffic through their booths.

Digital Signage Expo February 27-28, 2008 ¦The Interactive WayFinder’s new features made a big impression on the tradeshow floor. Attendees appreciated that the product is not only implementing an environmentally conscious product but encouraging other companies to go green.

Attendees were excited with the new features that allowed them to collaborate all the booths they wanted to visit using the MyRoute feature, swiping their badges at the screens to have information sent to them about another company, and the Green consciousness of the product. There were several opportunities for exhibitors to be recognized on the Interactive WayFinder. Opportunities ranged from decorating the surround of the kiosk with their logo and have an icon on the touch screen to having icons decorate all the WayFinders. The attendees were given more exposure to sponsors of the show and had greater opportunity to visit all exhibitors or their interest and attend workshops and conferences. Prism Technologies was complimented again with how nice, easy and accessible the Tradeshow WayFinder is on the tradeshow floor.

Expo! Expo! December 11, 2007 - Prism Technologies captures the attention of tradeshow managers and organizers at Expo! Expo! Attendees were impressed with the smooth functionality, superior quality, and unique features of the Interactive Wayfinder. Several people expressed how impressed they were with the rich media content of the Interactive Wayfinder.

Attendees were enthused with the multiple features and the ability to do the convention center and tradeshow floor plan in 3D. The 3D convention center/tradeshow floor plan is great for multi-level and multi-room tradeshows. Selecting an area or level will show the attendee the information of exhibitors, exhibitor information, sessions, conferences, meetings and events pertaining to that particular area.

Tradeshow managers and organizers were thrilled about the new sponsor area. The main sponsor has a permanent icon on the right side of the tradeshow floor map screen. The next level of sponsor take up the majority of the lower left hand side, which attendees can touch the icon and view a video, information on that sponsor and, if they are exhibiting, the booth in which they are exhibiting. Prism integrated another exciting feature for sponsors…sponsor by category! When categories are selected the section displays all levels of sponsors relevant to that category.

Prism Technologies strongly focuses on being green. Attendees were able to see how the Interactive Wayfinder helps in reducing paper at the tradeshows. The Interactive Wayfinder contains a map of the tradeshow, the ability to map out your day and send it to PDA, look up sessions, conferences, meetings and events, and use a magnetic card not only as an ID Badge but Lead Retrieval system as well.

Expo! Expo! is a great meeting place for exhibition and event managers to meet with suppliers of the tradeshow industry. The vast number of opportunities provided at IAEE’s annual tradeshow enriches the attendees and exhibitors professional as well as personal career.

Digital Signage Expo May 16 -17, 2007 - Prism shines at Digital Signage Expo with Interactive Wayfinder. Prism representatives impressed attendees with their hard work, professionalism, high quality customer service, dedication and interactive content on the Wayfinder. Compliments were given on the Interactive Wayfinder for the impressive advanced technology and smoothness of use.

Attendees enjoyed the unique features that were provided on the Interactive Wayfinder. Several companies could be selected and printed mapping the path effectively for the attendees to the exhibitors. The attendee could select the “Request Info” button and ask to receive more information about a company in their e-mails. Attendees enjoyed the readily available information while exhibitors benefited in the increased number of people visiting their booths.

NSCA Expo March 15-17, 2007 - Interactive Wayfinders were a huge success and buzz of the show at NSCA’s Expo. Attendee’s were thrilled that interactive technology was placed on the tradeshow floor. Several comments were made about how the Interactive Wayfinder made the expo easier to navigate. Attendees enjoyed interactively requesting information about exhibitors, seeing new innovations in the What’s New category and watching video clips of sponsors and exhibitors.

Prism Technologies contracted with NSCA to provide our Interactive Wayfinders throughout the tradeshow floor. Seven Wayfinders were placed in heavy traffic areas allowing attendees to map their way to exhibitors maximizing their opportunities at the tradeshow. The Wayfinder offers opportunities for exhibitors and sponsors to advertise their company to attract attendees. Exhibitors could advertise through an Enhanced Directory Listing or announce new innovations in the What’s New category. Sponsors had icons on the screen and when touched brought up information or played a video clip. Prism offers a solution that displays how digital signage should work.

The NSCA expo provides comprehensive and high rated educational opportunities for commercial electronics systems. Attendees and Exhibitors are able to view new products, tangle with professionals and offers insight into the systems integration industry.

Las Vegas, NV. January 8- 11 -- Prism partnered with Vira to illustrate our trend setting Wayfinder to attendees and exhibitors. The Interactive Wayfinder allows attendee’s to get the maximum experience by visiting the maximum number of booths for the duration of the tradeshow. Prism’s data driven content assisted attendees in planning out their schedule to effectively find and visit exhibitors. Exhibitors were provided great opportunities to advertise on the Interactive Wayfinder. Video spots popped up when exhibitor names were selected and detailed descriptions about their company. Attendees could see exhibitor’s new creations and events under the What’s New category or obtain more information from the company through Request for Information.

New convergences of broadband, content and consumer electronics was exhibited at the world’s largest consumer technology show, CES. The new and trend setting technologies that connected consumers with enhanced features, service and control blew attendees away.
